A Whole Hog Roast takes between six to seven hours to cook. Your chef will arrive seven hours before the agreed serving time to set up. The hog is prepped and salted, then placed in the roaster to begin the slow steady cooking process, which ensures beautifully tender pork and deliciously crisp crackling.
Hog Roast includes: Hog, Rolls, Apple Sauce, Stuffing, Plates, Cutlery and Napkins, all served professionally to your guests. (Salads and Side Dishes are subject to extra costs), please call us to discuss your event.
